Description:
Description:
Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga. The Sanskrit word ?? ha?ha literally means "force" and thus alludes to a system of physical techniques. In the 20th century, a development of ha?ha yoga, focusing particularly on Asanas (the physical postures), became popular throughout the world as a form of physical exercise. This modern form of yoga is now widely known simply as "yoga". Suitable to all levels.
Hope to have a great energy exchange and life transformation together!
Trained as a Semi-Indian Classical Vocalist, Sneha Arora pursued yoga, as a philosophy and way of life to enhance her temperament. She started her journey at a young age at the oldest school of yoga, The Yoga Institute, India with a yearlong Teacher’s Training course. Seeing the life- transformation it was bringing in her as a person, she further continued to be a student, at Hatha based Yoga Schools in India, like Sivananda, B.K.S Iyengar and others. Bhakti Yoga, Meditation and Therapeutics were an extended part of the learning and teaching
Experience:
Having an international career as a Yoga Practitioner and Kirtaneer, in countries like Turkey, Bali, Hong Kong, North America and Dubai, she now conducts 200-Hour Yoga Teachers Training courses, Yoga Alliance accredited, in affiliation with The Yoga Institute.
